1. Acceptance

By using Tiswam Technologies services at tiswam.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

Tiswam provides web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, graphic design and related services as agreed in individual project proposals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the milestone schedule in your project proposal. Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest charge.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables. Pre-existing Tiswam frameworks, tools and templates remain our intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details and business information confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tiswam’s total liability is limited to the project fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, UP.
