Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

Projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of commencement for a full refund of any advance paid, minus a 10% processing fee. After 48 hours, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for work not yet completed.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, hosting fees, third-party licences and any work already delivered and approved are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
